RUW ONLINE ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS

Important Instructions 

Step 1: 

  • Complete the Royal University for Women Admissions Application Form to take the Oxford Online Placement Test and pay the fees to the Office of Registrar.
  • Following registration, you will be given a date and time for the Oxford Online Placement Test. The Admissions Officer will provide a webpage link explaining the Admission procedure and a link for samples Oxford Online Placement Tests.
  • The Venue for the Test: Library AB 12


On the day of the test, you will receive from the Invigilator the following: 

  • Test Instructions
  • Disclaimer Form
  • Headsets
  • Place card instructions



Step 2: 

  • Sign the Disclaimer Form - Upon arrival for the test, complete an online test registration form to include your name, date, contact number and sign the paper under the disclaimer and return to the Invigilator.
  • Code of Conduct - You will receive clear instructions from the Invigilator how to proceed with the test and the code of conduct during the test. No mobile telephones or reference material may be used during the test or any communication with fellow candidates will not be permitted.
  • Access to the PC - You will be assigned a PC and issued with a Username and Password to log-in and access the online placement test.
  • Instructions - Read and carefully follow the instructions on the place card beside the PC assigned to you.
  • Deadline for completion - You have 90 minutes to complete the test
  • Queries - Direct any questions to the Invigilator only.
  • Technical problems - If there are any technical problems during the test, such as the internet connection dropping out, you will be logged out of Oxfordenglishtesting.com automatically. Progress will be saved to the last question answered and the timer will pause. Once the technical problem is resolved, you can then log back in and resume the test. If the Technical problem was not solved, the invigilators will provide the examinees with Oxford Written Placement Test.



Step 3: 

  • Results –You will be informed formally by the Office of Registrar of the result and any further course of action.
  • Repeat the test - You can retake the online placement test as often or as frequently as required. A standard fee is applied for each test.

  • بعد التسجيل، سوف يتم تحديد تاريخ ووقت للإختبار أكسفورد لتحديد المستوى عبر الانترنت. ستقوم موظفة القبول بتزويدك بمعلومات عن صفحة الويب التي تتضمن شرح عن محتويات الإختبارات و نماذج من إختبارأكسفورد لتحديد المستوى عبر الانترنت.

في يوم الاختبار، سوف تتلقى من المراقبات ما يلي

  • إقرار الطالبه
  • سماعات



  • قومي بتعبئة إقرار الطالبه لدى الصوله للإختبار، بالإضافه الى استمارة تسجيل الإختبار لتشمل الاسم والتاريخ وأرقام التوصال الخاصة بك ثم يتم التوقيع و تسليمها للمراقبات.
  • سوف تتلقى تعليمات واضحة من المراقبات عن كيفية إجراء الإختبار وقواعد السلوك أثناء الاختبار. ممنوع منعاً بتاً حيازت الهواتف النقالة أو مواد مرجعية أثناء الاختبار.
  • سيتم تزويدك بورقة تعليمات التشغيل
  • قومي بقرأة الإرشادات بعناية واتبع خطوات التشغيل
  • الوقت المسموح الإختبار هو 90 دقيقة.
  • يرجا توجيه أي أسئلة خاصه بالتعليمات إلى المراقبات فقط.
  • المشاكل التقنية - إذا كان هناك أي مشاكل فنية أثناء الاختبار، مثل إنقطاع الإتصال بالإنترنت ، سيتم تسجيل خروجك تلقائيا من Oxfordenglishtesting.com . وسيتم حفظ الإجبات التي تم إدخالها حتى تلك اللحذه. بعد حل المشكلة الفنية، سيمكنك تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى واستئناف الاختبار. في حالة عدم إصلاح العطل ستقوم المراقبات باعطاء إختبار أكسفورد الورقي.
  • سيتم إبلاغك بالنتيجه رسميا من قبل مكتب التسجل.
  • يمكنك إعادة إختبار تحديد المستوى حسب الرغبه بعد استكمال رسوم كل موحاوله.
