Nurse - ( AAL6-OSA0119 )

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (General)
  • Valid Nursing License
  • Bahraini National
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (Written & Spoken)
  • Ability to manage student medical documentation and records
  • Ability to make presentations to students and staff on health awareness in English and Arabic

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsiveness to student needs
  • Strong team working skills

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Masters Degree in Neurodevelopmental Sciences or its equivalent
  • Approved by NHRA
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Minimum two years experience
  • Expertise in Counselling & Psychotherapy, CBT, OCD, ADHD, ASD and Mindfulness therapy

Assistant / Associate Professor in Design Management

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • PhD Degree in Design Management or its equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the similar field
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Teaching and research experience in the field of Design Management
  • Experience in teaching Design Management-related topics as Design Leadership, Design thinking, Design Entrepreneurship, and others
  • Interdisciplinary focus that facilitates research and teaching
  • Relevant research experience and publications (For Associate Professor position)
  • A record of scholarly and / or professional / creative work is required
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Organizational and Communication skills
  • Ability to participate actively in service to the College, University, and outreach to the community
  • Ability to teach at Undergraduate and Graduate levels
  • Preferably, proficiency in both Arabic and English

Associate professor – Business / Management (FB5-MT0719)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • PhD Degree holder in Business or it’s related field
  • Teaching experience at University level in a broad range of subjects. Preference will be given to those who have taught the following courses – Islamic Business, Islamic Financial Institutions, Commercial Law and International Business Law.
  • Publications (articles / book chapters) in refereed journals, which are indexed in Scopus.

  • Teaching experience at postgraduate level.
  • Record of accomplishments in an educational environment.
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in the English Language.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • PhD Degree in Law (Preferably)
  • Masters’ Degree in Law (Minimum)
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in the field of legal education and/or legal practice in education sector.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in Arabic and English
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Experience of teaching law courses (Preferably)
  • License to practice in a Civil Law Jurisdiction (Preferably)
  • Full knowledge of Bahraini laws including corporate law, contract law, Higher Education laws, and Labour Law.
  • Experience of working with the Higher Education Council would be advantageous.
  • Ability to interact with diverse population and external bodies/ agencies.

Quality Assurance & Accreditation Officer (AD2-QAAU010721)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Bachelor Degree or it’s equivalent
  • At least 1 years experience in similar field
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance processes and Quality Management Systems
  • Competent in Data Entry with good analytical skills
  • Proficient in written and oral skills (English and Arabic)
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Filing and secreterial work
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Potential to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
